I cannot update my MD802 with Software 1.3

I cannot update my MD802 because the windows "account" on the update software 1.3 accept only 21 characters and my email address has 23 characters... Has anyone a solution ? Thanks.

may be you can change your email address in the " your profile" section
to choose a new one that contains fewer characters.
this is That a idea I can do in my account setting.

If you have purchased your tool at an authorized dealer, you can ask them to reset your account, then you can register your tool again and select a shorter email address.

I had the same issue as original poster. My email address is more than 21 characters. So I tried PC Suite V3.0 from the above link and now I am getting a different error. "Could not connect to server. Please check the internet connection". My internet connection is just fine.
How do I resolve this issue?
